Add serious tuning potential to your 2003-2004 Mustang Cobra 4.6L DOHC with the MegaSquirt MS3Pro Plug and Play ECU. Designed for DIY tuners, this standalone engine management system installs in the stock ECU location with no wiring required for standard operation. Average install time is under 1 hour. The unit comes pre-loaded with a 4.6L base map for easier first startup and includes real-time tuning and data logging via laptop connection.

This ECU features complete factory dash cluster control-no aftermarket gauges needed-so stock gauges and warning lights function correctly. The MS3Pro includes an extra 22-pin connector in addition to the 26-pin port for expanded inputs and outputs. It supports most aftermarket wideband sensors/controllers, has 8 GB internal data logging with built-in SD card, and allows removal of the stock MAF sensor.
