Steeda Clutch Spring Assist and Spring Perch Kit 2015-23 Mustang
Steeda's ever so popular S550 Clutch spring assist is now available with a Heavy Duty Spring Perch assembly. Therefore eliminating the chances of you breaking the factory one upon installation or removalThis simple upgrade makes a remarkable difference in clutch pedal feel allowing much smoother engagement. The stock spring is 185lb and causes a vague pedal feel. Removal of the spring does help but pedal effort is pretty high for street driving and the pedal does not fully return. Steeda's solution of a 35lb assist spring gives you great pedal feel, nice effort and keeps the pedal returned to the stock position. Easy install takes only a few minutes.
Note: Will not fit 2019-2020 GT350. Clutch spring may be incompatible Ford Performance M-9452-M8 no-lift shift strategy.
