WMS Oil Separator Catch Can kit, dual valve, 2015-2019 F150 2.7/3.5 Ecoboost

The WMS Colossal Billet Aluminium Oil Separator Catch Can adds coalescing filtration to a PCV system to remove waste oil, water and acids from your engine. This will keep your intake free of oil and prevent carbon buildup on the valves, a serious problem on the Ecoboost engines. The dual valve system is far superior to a standard catch can as it still retains vacuum for PCV function, keeping moisture from building up in the crankcase.

This is a complete bolt on kit for the 2015-2019 F150 Ecoboost 3.5 and 2.7.
  • Billet Aluminum Colossal Catch Can (4x7.5 inches 40oz volume), black anodized.
  • Direct fit stainless mounting brackets and fasteners
  • Custom fit and assembled hoses with check valves and fittings
  • We do not use a drivers side line on the 2015+ F150s as the pcv pressure sensor will turn on a check engine light.

Drilling into the passengers side turbo intake tube is required for the dual valve catch can. A locking intake tube fitting is included. If you do not want to drill this tube then check out our single valve catch can.

The WMS catch can is a very solid, well-built unit with excellent overall quality. It’s larger than I expected but still fits neatly under the stock air box, keeping the engine bay tidy and OEM-like. Hoses and fittings are well assembled, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. The only real commitment is drilling into the intake tube, but the layout makes sense and feels engineered properly. My only critique is the plastic drain fitting—threading it in wasn’t the easiest, and a metal fitting would inspire more confidence long-term. I’ll be draining it at my next oil change to see how well it performs, but overall it’s a high-quality, well-thought-out kit I’d recommend.
